Grundig, la marca líder de electrodomésticos y electrónica de consumo para el hogar, ha querido aportar su granito de arena en un día tan especial para el medio ambiente ofreciendo recetas para combatir el desperdicio de alimentos y sacar el máximo provecho a todos los recursos que tenemos en nuestra nevera, contribuyendo esta manera a los esfuerzos para frenar el cambio climático. 

 

El 17 de mayo se celebra el Día Mundial del Reciclaje, una fecha designada por la Organización de las Naciones Unidas (ONU) para concienciar sobre la importancia de reciclar y sobre la necesidad de tratar los desechos adecuadamente para proteger el medioambiente. Esta fecha, cuyos orígenes se remontan al año 1994, pretende poner en valor el reciclaje a través de tres conceptos: Reducir, Reutilizar y Reciclar.

 

En el marco del Día Mundial del Reciclaje, la compañía de electrodomésticos ha querido destacar, para mayor concienciación social, que un tercio de la producción anual de alimentos del mundo termina en la basura, lo que equivale a 1,3 millones de toneladas de comida desperdiciada al año y que, además, 200 millones de personas en el mundo podrían alimentarse con la comida que se desperdicia en Europa, ya que se desechan entre 95 y 115 Kg de comida por persona al año.

 

Es por ello que Grundig sigue apostando porRespect Food, una iniciativa de la marca que busca reducir el desperdicio de alimentos, compartiendo algunas de sus recetas favoritas para redescubrir cómo podemos usar o “reciclar” los alimentos. La ensalada de patatas, con restos de patatas y huevos cocidos; el pastel de chocolate con pan duro, hecho con las sobras de pan duro del día anterior o la sopa de tallos de brócoli, que te permite aprovechar al máximo el brócoli; son algunas las recetas que podemos encontrar en la página web de Respect Food y que nos permitirán aprovechar al máximo todos los alimentos de nuestra nevera y despensa. 

 

En este sentido, Grundig ha lanzado también un libro virtual de recetas para contribuir con el medio ambiente respetando la comida. RECETA ENSALADA DE PATATAS

La ensalada de patatas es una receta excelente para aprovechar los ingredientes sobrantes.

 

Ingredientes

–        Sobras de patatas asadas

–        Sobras de huevos duros

–        Pepinillos

–        1 cebolla

–        Verduras

–        Sal y pimienta

 

Procedimiento

  1. Corta en rodajas finas los pepinillos, los huevos, las cebollas y las verduras.
  2. Mezcla todos los ingredientes en un bol grande.
  3. Utiliza el líquido de los pepinillos para equilibrar la consistencia de la mezcla y sazona al gusto con sal, pimienta y otras especias.
  4. ¡Bon Appétit!

 

 

RECETA PASTEL DE CHOCOLATE CON PAN DURO

Es hora de usar las sobras del pan antes de que se echen a perder. ¡Usa el pan duro para hacer un pastel de chocolate!

 

Ingredientes 

–        4 huevos

–        1 pan duro integral

–        400ml de leche tibia

–        300g de azúcar

–        300g de aceite vegetal

–        20g de levadura en polvo

–        10g de vainilla en polvo

–        2 cucharadas de cacao

–        2 cucharadas de chocolate para untar

–        1 cucharada de harina

 

Procedimiento 

  1. Si usas más de un pan, puedes reducir la cantidad de harina. Si usas menos, puedes aumentarla.
  2. Procesa el pan con la batidora hasta que se convierta en harina.
  3. Añade la leche y espera unos minutos
  4. para que se ablande.
  5. Bate los huevos y el azúcar durante 5 minutos, luego agrega la mezcla de aceite y leche de pan y mezcla durante otro minuto. Luego agrega todos los demás ingredientes y continúa batiendo.
  6. Vierte la mezcla en el molde para pasteles bien engrasado. Hornealo en el horno precalentado a 175 °C durante 45 minutos.
  7. Bon Appetit.

 

 

RECETA SOPA DE TALLOS DE BRÓCOLI

Procedimiento 

  1. Corta los tallos de brócoli y agregalos a la picadora.
  2. Mezcla el brócoli hasta que esté finamente picado.
  3. Calienta un poco de aceite vegetal a fuego medio y cocina las cebollas hasta que se doren intensamente.
  4. Agrega el brócoli picado.
  5. Cúbrelo con caldo vegetal. Agrega agua si es necesario para cubrir el brócoli.
  6. Llévalo a temperatura de ebullición y cocínalo por 20 minutos. Deja enfriar y luego mézclalo bien.
  7. Agrega condimento.
  8. Añade la nata ligera.
  9. Agrega el zumo de limón.
  10. Mézclalo todo.
  11. Sirve caliente o frío, y decora con trocitos de pan crujientes o nueces.
