Facebook17Twitter0Pinterest2Google+1 Barcelona la capital catalana de las tradiciones y la reivindicación de sus fiestas tradicionales celebra su mágico e hipnótico «Ou com balla«, una tradición que data desde los 1600 donde un huevo baila (de ahí su nombre) en el chorro de agua de una fuente inundada de flores y frutos que hace todo un espectáculo de la física que no podéis dejar de ver y ver… Este año extiende su fiesta a 4 días con jornadas de puertas abiertas a edificios icónicos de la ciudad que solo abren sus patios para esta peculiar fiesta, a la que se incorporan alfombras de flores, pasacalles con el bestiario de la ciudad hermosos palacios, museos y edificio de la administración pública como el Ayuntamiento de Barcelona. La celebración comenzó el jueves 4 de junio, el día de Corpus Christi y dura todo el fin de semana hasta el domingo 7. Abrirán al 14 claustros, patios y jardines que representan el Ou com balla, abiertos en su mayoría hasta las 20h, con acceso libre y cuidadosamente decorados con flores y frutos. Para algunos estudiosos, se trata de una alegoría pagana de la fertilidad y la primavera, mientras que para otros hace referencia a la Eucaristía cristiana y al cáliz de misa. Otras teorías, más pragmáticas, atribuyen esta ingeniosa tradición a un entretenimiento de los nobles barceloneses mientras esperaban la llegada de la procesión de Corpus, que está documentada en la ciudad desde 1320. El escenario más representativo de este año es la Catedral, que estos días permite admirar gratis el curioso claustro de las ocas, donde está situada la fuente sobre la que bailará un huevo vacío.
