Tast a La Rambla 
Desde hoy jueves y hasta el lunes 6 de junio, algunos de los mejores chefs de la ciudad ofrecen tapas a 5 euros en la Rambla de Santa Mònica.


Tast a la Rambla ha comenzado hoy su octava edición, la cita gastronómica que cada año reúne a algunos de los mejores chefs de Barcelona. Más de 38 restaurantes, bares y pastelerías ofrecen degustaciones a 5 euros en la Rambla de Santa Mònica hasta el lunes 6 de junio. Se trata de la 8ª Semana de Gastronomía de Barcelona, un evento organizado por Amics de La Rambla y grup gsr
 
Tast a La Rambla cuenta con un completo programa de talleres didácticos y showcookings gratuitos a cargo de reconocidos chefs, empresarios y expertos de la restauración de la ciudad. Tast a La Rambla se divide en cuatro áreas: Cocina de Autor, Pastelería, Tapas y Platillos, y Cocina Tradicional, que se completan con una sección dedicada a Patrocinadores y Colaboradores. En esta ocasión, el Territorio Invitado vuelve a ser Saborea Lanzarote, que en el marco de Tast a La Rambla realiza 4 ponencias diferentes en el Aula de Tast y tiene un stand propio en la zona de patrocinadores y colaboradores, donde promociona los vinos malvasía volcánica, quesos de cabra y otros productos gastronómicos del volcán.
 
Laura Borràs, presidenta del Parlament de Catalunya, Jordi Rabassa,regidor del distrito de Ciutat Vella del Ajuntament de Barcelona, y Hugo Delgado, consejero del cabildo insular de Lanzarote, han protagonizado el acto inaugural junto a Fermín Villar, presidente de Amics de La Rambla, y Roser Torras, directora de grup gsr.

Al finalizar la inauguración, Roser Torras, directora de grup gsr, ha hecho entrega a Òscar Esteban, director de la Fundació Tot Raval, de un cheque por valor de 3.000 euros para que esta entidad siga con su labor de desarrollo y comunidad en el barrio barcelonés del Raval.


Novedades de esta edición 
Bajo el nombre Showcooking-Gastronomías con identidad, hay un nuevo espacio para talleres, con un formato más personalizado, donde degustar platos con el chef como protagonista y que está ubicado en la zona chill out. Entre otros participantes, los territorios de Asturias y Castilla La-Mancha serán los grandes protagonistas de estas demostraciones. El sábado será el día de “Asturias, Cocina de Paisaje” y de dos de sus jóvenes chefs: María Busta (jefa de cocina de Casa Eutimio y Casa Eutimio Gastro) y Lara Rodríguez (chef ejecutiva de Kraken ArtFood). El domingo será el turno de Castilla-La Mancha (Cocina deRaíz de Castilla-La Mancha) con la presencia de Antonio Cuerda (chef en restaurante Cuerda), Adrián Romanillos (chef en Zúbar), José Ángel Sánchez (chef en Natural Food Lab), Andrés Rodríguez (chef en Taberna Cocktail Gourmet) y Julián Antonio Rodríguez (chef en restaurante Occitano).
 
El Celler del Tast es un nuevo espacio de vinos y cavas, que cuenta con dos estands en la zona de Patrocinadores y Colaboradores, donde degustar diferentes vinos de las mejores tierras del vino del estado. 
 
En el Escenario by Estrella Damm se podrá disfrutar de actuaciones musicales en directo cada tarde:
Hoy jueves 2: Paoli Atzei (18.30-19.30) y Mambamba (20.30-21.30). 
Mañana viernes 3: Grupo Aldala (18.30-19.30); Combo de L’Escola de Músics y JPC (20.30-21.30) y El Justí & J. David Millón (22.30-23.30). 
Sábado 4: Júlio Marks Samba 2 (18.30-19.30); Grupo Aldala (20.30-21.30) y Escudero Sax (22.30-23.30). 
Domingo 5: Manish Oom “Chillout Sessions” (18.30-19.30); Latin Planas (20.30-21.30) y Escudero Sax (22.30-23.30). 
Lunes 6: Juan Gratiniano con su arpa (18.30-19.30) y Clare and the Noise (20.30-21.30).
