Paso 1 /// Poner en un cuenco 2 cucharadas de ARROZ (de cualquier tipo, de preferencia orgánico o ecológico) con 1/2 taza de agua purificada, dejar remojar el arroz de 1 a 3 horas a temperatura ambiente, removiendo de vez en vez para despertar el arroz.

Paso 2 /// El agua blanquecina resultante la pasaremos a un recipiente hermético de cristal (puede ser reciclado pero tendríais que hervirlo para esterilizarlo previamente) es muy importante que solo guardemos el agua y desechemos el arroz, para detener el fermento del grano directo y colocamos el pote en el frigorífico, pasadas unas 5 horas ya podemos utilizarlo.

Paso 3 /// Limpiar y exfoliar el rostro (para esto podemos utilizar azúcar con cualquier gel que tengas para quitar bien las impurezas) aclarar.

Paso 4 /// Poner en remojo un par de servilletas en el agua de arroz fresca, y aplicar en el rostro por un lapso de unos 10 minutos.

Paso 5 /// Retirar, aclarar y sorprenderse en el espejo… Es increíble que en solo 10 minutos puedes comenzar a restaurar una vida de daños y equilibrar de manera muy considerable la piel de tu rostro.

 

Es importante hacer este proceso por lo menos una vez cada semana.

También podemos utilizarlo como tónico refrescante aplicándolo con un algodón humedecido en el agua de arroz, que siempre conservaremos en la nevera.

Y es facil para mujeres y para hombres, ya que ayuda muy bien a las pieles masculinas que sufren con cada rasurado.
