Muy al estilo de lo que en su tiempo fue la moda del cupcake, después el cronut… ahora es tiempo de Conch & Roll ///  las conchas y roles de origen mexicano que están dando la vuelta al mundo  pero con un toque gourmet y divertido que te sorprenderá.

 

Que son las Conchas y los Roles?… Son panes típicos del día a día en México, pero han llegado reinventados a Barcelona con un concepto de sabores y texturas que la verdad son adictivos!!! Las conchas son un tipo de bollo con una capa de dulce ligeramente horneada con una textura única, rellenas de diferentes toppings al estilo berlina pero con un equilibrio horneado y mágico!

Las conchas están rellenas de varios sabores incluso hay opciones veganas, (nuestro favorito fue el relleno de CAJETA) pero hay de mil sabores!!! Crema de vainilla o fresa, dulce de leche (cajeta) Chocoavellana y veganas (Vainilla o Chocolate sin relleno).  y son una sorpresa pues balancea mucho la experiencia de comerse un pan de diseño que además están flipantes!

 

Los roles son muy parecidos a los que conocemos pero el estilo mexicano es mas grande y esponjoso, fresco y con una capa de topping en cada curva que le dan una frescura y un punto que no tendrá comparación con nada que hayas probado. La magia ocurre en sabor canela (el tradicional), Chocoavellana, Chessecake y Catalana.
