Esto lo decimos porque al Samsung Galaxy A50, no le fue nada mal en 2019 según los datos de Canalys. La fórmula es similar, habrá que ver si repite como el segundo móvil más vendido en España (según Samsung), pero en esta ocasión nos vamos a centrar en contarte  qué tal nos ha parecido a nosotros este móvil de gama media.
Samsung Galaxy A51 PLÁSTICO RESISTENTE EN UN DISEÑO JUVENIL
Las cubiertas  traseras de la gama Galaxy A de Samsung no pasan desapercibidas desde hace algunos años. Lo vimos con ejemplos como el Samsung Galaxy A7 (2018), cuyo módulo de cámaras además destacaba tanto por número como por tamaño. Del mismo modo, la parte trasera de este Galaxy A51 repite tono llamativo y reflejos a lo reverso de un CD, con un arco iris metalizado que recorre la superficie si jugamos con el reflejo.
El patrón geométrico es mucho más sutil en la realidad que en las imágenes oficiales, dando un toque algo distinto que gustará más según preferencias, pero que no supone ningún cambio en el tacto (las líneas no son rugosas, como podría parecer.
Lo que llama la atención desde un primer momento es lo compacto que es con respecto a modelos con paneles de 6,6 o 6,7 pulgadas aunque la diferencia a priori no parezca tanta. Los escasos 2 milímetros que mide de menos con respecto al OnePlus 7 Pro (citando un smartphone del que dispongo actualmente y tiene dimensiones parejas con otros de diagonal equivalente) se notan en el agarre, así como la diferencia de grosor, recordando casi más a un smartphone de 6 pulgadas o menos.
Siendo casi todos igual de altos (con la marcada excepción del Sony Xperia 10 Plus y sus 21:9), el Galaxy A51 es prácticamente igual que el A50 con una pantalla ligeramente mayor, aumentando apenas de volumen al ser imperceptiblemente más ancho y grueso. El Xiaomi Mi Note 10 y el iPhone 11 Pro Max son más voluminosos, aunque con. una mayor pantalla y mayor batería respectivamente. Se trata, pues, de un móvil Android bastante «pequeño», con el permiso del Pixel 4 que juega en una liga de menor pantalla y (sobre todo) batería. Pantalla: 6,5 pulgadas para máximo provecho El Super AMOLED es desde hace años inherente a los teléfonos del fabricante surcoreano y con la corriente actual es difícil que veamos un cambio en esta pauta. Así, el Samsung Galaxy A51 tiene una pantalla Super AMOLED de 6,5 pulgadas con resolución FullHD+ de 1.080 x 2.400 píxeles, sin notch y con agujero para la cámara frontal, como decíamos más arriba.
Hablando del aprovechamiento de pantalla, antes hemos comentado que la navegación “por gestos” de One UI ha sufrido una pequeña, muy pequeña, evolución. Las tres barras que se correspondían con las acciones inicio, atrás y multitarea ahora son una barra central y gestos en One UI 2. La buena noticia es que se toma la idea de ese gesto “atrás” tan cómodo que hemos visto hace tiempo en capas como EMUI o MIUI, la no tan buena es que al mantener la barra central el espacio disponible de pantalla es el mismo que con las tres barras, aunque sólo se come unos dos milímetros. Esto sólo fue una visión rápida para tener una idea de como será el próximo competidor de la familia Galaxy, no podemos esperar a a tenerlo en nuestras manos para vivir la experiencia y contarles como nos fue con este super gadget de 2020.
