Comienza el 8 de Junio a las 12:00h el evento gastronómico más importante de la ciudad de Barcelona.

8, 9, 10 y 11 de Junio… Cuatro días en qué 50 de los mejores bares, pastelerías y restaurantes de la ciudad de Barcelona ofrecerán, en medio de la Rambla de Santa Mònica, una muestra de su cocina.

Este año la propuesta de degustación se divide en cuatro áreas: Cocina de Autor, Pastelería, Tapas y Platillos y Cocina Tradicional, que se completarán con una sección dedicada a patrocinadores y colaboradores. Y se introducen novedades como el Taller Tast Arts Santa Mònica, el Escenari Gastronòmic by Estrella Damm, un espacio para Buenos Aires –ciudad invitada- y la posibilidad de adquirir en avanzado tickets exclusivamente en Atrápalo con un incentivo promocional.

Este año el sistema de pago será mediante la compra de tickets en las taquillas (con tarjeta o en efectivo) o en los espacios de los patrocinadores (sólo con tarjeta) hasta 30 minutos antes del cierre. Con los tickets que se compren se podrá consumir en todos los espacios de Tast a La Rambla

Hace unos días asistimos a la conferencia de prensa y pudimos probar algunas de las delicias que tienes que venir a probar a La Rambla del 8-11 de Junio y platicamos con los chefs detrás de estas increíbles creaciones.

Amaya (canelón trufado de l’àvia Nicolassa)./// un clásico con un fuerte y agradable sabor a trufa que enamora al paladar!

Arume (zamburiñas, crema de maíz y chimichurri de algas). /// nuestra favorita servida en una concha con una serie de matices en boca que te llevan en un viaje de notas y sabores que aparecen tan sutilmente que se llevó nuestros aplausos!

Escribà (gofre de té matcha con espuma de crema catalana) /// como todo los postres bajo el sello Escribà fue una auténtica gozada ese gofre calentito con la espuma fresca de crema catalana… wooow!

La Cuina del Moja (crema de fruta con trio de “toppings”) (estaba buenísima!!! Era como un tipo gazpacho de mango con toques crocantes de bacon que le dieron un toque sorpresivo!
